I think it’s safe to say that Boston University became my first choice.
Difference between BU and my other two choices
- BU definitely has the nice city campus (although definitely nowhere near as beautiful of a skyline as NY), but it’s not quite as cluttered and squished together as NYU.
- GWU tends to have a bit more of a boring feel to it (in my point of you) because of how much more serious and business-y it is. BU has the eccentricity of great history and the welcoming student population.
- BU definitely has programs that easily fit into my view of an education and a study abroad program that I’d actually be interested in taking.
- Boston is a great town where I have awesome friends that I know go to neighboring schools that I can hang out with.
- The school colors are red and white and I really like it, even though purple is my favorite color which are NYU colors.
- BU has a concert hall that is to DIE for and bands that come around and omg Phoenix played there and Young the Giant and just seklfhsklghdfsgkhdf
- It’s a new town away from the parents and no one I really know lives in Boston who would really overlap into my family life so.
- I could list more, but I’m too tired to think of any.
- EDIT: I thought of more.
- Elie Wiesel is a professor there. LIKE HOLY FUCKING SHIT. THE AUTHOR OF “NIGHT” IS A PROFESSOR. HE COULD TEACH ME. LIKE OMG. I CAN’T EVEN.
